I’ve looked over the years for the best way to supplement for optimization of mental and physical performance. Energy for my body and mind. Most things I’ve taken gave me the body energy (even coffee) but my brain was lagging behind or foggy. It got to the point I was pounding cups of coffee per day or using pre workout at lunch to get me going for the afternoon shift at work. Not only does this supplement give you sustained energy throughout the day with no jitters but it also contains many vitamins and minerals! I've been taking this product every day for 8 months, I prefer it over coffee!! It increases my mood more than any other caffeine product! With the high amount of vitamin C in this product I noticed that while others around me got sick this winter, I did not! I've tried plenty of supplements for energy and focus over the years, and SuperU is really the best. Its a combination of all my past favorites but perfectly balanced so nothing is too strong. I start every morning with a tall glass of SuperU and it gets me through my day feeling great with lots of energy and no crash. My favorite part is that it never causes any stomach issues which is important for me because i usually fast and take it on an empty stomach.
